1. About the Service

Snipix lets you pick an element from a web page and capture it together with its styles and resources as an HTML fragment for preview, editing and export. We also optionally provide AI code optimization, cloud saves, media upload, and paid membership/Credits plans.

2. Accounts and Use

• You may need to register an account to use some features (such as saving history, using AI optimization, or subscribing). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• When capturing web-page content, capture only content you have the lawful right or permission to use, and respect the target website’s terms and applicable law.

3. Payment and Membership

We offer membership subscriptions and one-time Credits packs. Prices and benefits are as shown on the pricing page.

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period (monthly/yearly) until you cancel within the Service.
• You may cancel automatic renewal at the end of the current billing period; benefits remain until the period ends and no further charges are made.
• Credits are a one-time purchase, granted in the displayed quantity and valid under the Service rules.
• Unless otherwise required by law, paid amounts are generally non-refundable.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

• You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from the subscription page in your account. Please follow the cancellation instructions for your payment provider.
• If a service fault prevents you from using a purchased feature, please contact us via the details below and we will address it on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

The content you capture belongs to you or the respective rights holders. Snipix’s software and its interface, brand, design, copy, and code belong to Snipix or its licensors.

Snipix does not acquire ownership of content you submit merely by processing or exporting it. Whether you may use exported code and assets depends on your rights, permissions, source-site terms and applicable law.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Circumventing third-party access controls or scraping protected content;
• Distributing malware, infringing content, or information that violates applicable law;
• Abusing AI optimization, bypassing quotas, or interfering with the normal operation of the Service;
• Using the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing purpose.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snipix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, where appropriate, by notice on the website. Continued use of the Service means you understand the updated Terms.
